Maltby, a Director, has informed the Company that with effect from 27 November
2014 he ceased to be a Director of HarbourVest Senior Loans Europe Limited,
following approval at an EGM of the Board's recommendation for the voluntary
winding-up of the Company, as the final stage of its managed wind-down.
