Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 Syncona Limited (the “Companyâ€) announces that as at 31 August 2017 the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 659,952,090 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 659,952,090 ordinary shares.
The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
