Appointment of Executive Director
Totally (AIM: TLY), the digital marketing agency and community publisher,
announces the appointment of Andrew Margolis to the board as Executive Director
with immediate effect.
Andrew has been the Managing Director of wholly owned subsidiary, Totally
Communications, for the last five years and has personally delivered high end
IT and process related consulting to corporate entities, SME's and
organisations from within the charity and voluntarysector. He has also headed
up the team that delivers websites, web-based applications and online marketing
solutions to a range of clients including Graff Diamonds, The Health
Foundation, JP Morgan, Solarcentury, Nelson Mandela Children's Fund, Against
Breast Cancer and the Barbarians Rugby Club.
Andy has a background of over 25 years within the technology sector and prior
to Totally Andy was a consultant in the GSM mobile telephony sector working
with companies such as BT/Cellnet and Computer Sciences Corporation.
Commenting on the appointment, Dan Assor, Chief Executive Officer of Totally,

Under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the following additional
information is disclosed:
Andrew Margolis, aged 47, is currently a director of Quantum Contracts and
Totally Communications Limited.
Mr Margolis currently holds 3,147,102 ordinary shares in the Company,
equivalent to 3.42 per cent of its issued share capital. In addition, Mr
Margolis holds options over 5,125,000 ordinary shares and warrants over
25,171,905 ordinary shares.
Mr Margolis has confirmed that there is no additional information under
Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM rules which needs to be disclosed.
