Directorate Change
Totally Plc, the publishing and communications group which targets Jewish
communities worldwide, announces that non-executive director Shimon Cohen is
stepping down from the board with immediate effect.
Since being appointed in December 2003, Mr Cohen has left Bell Pottinger and
started his own public relations company, The PR Office, and Mr Cohen intends
to focus fully on the development of his own business.
Commenting on the directorate change, Totally CEO, Steve Burns said:
'We have benefited greatly from Shimon's experience and knowledge and wish him
and his new business well for the future.'
The Company also announces that Mr Dan Assor, has been granted a further
1,000,000 options at 2.5p exercisable between 16 November 2008 and 16 November
2015, under the existing EMI scheme.
In addition, Mr Assor currently holds the following options:
