In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), TwentyFour Income Fund Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr Richard Burwood, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed as a non-executive director of Tallis Lending DAC on 1 February 2016, which was admitted to trading on the Irish Stock Exchange plc’s Global Exchange Market on 15 April 2016.
