Correction to issue of equity announcement published on 2 October 2015

This announcement replaces the Issue of Equity announcement published on 2 October 2015 (the “Previous Announcement”).

The Previous Announcement was dated 21 September 2015 and stated that 600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (“Ordinary Shares”) had been sold for cash from treasury at 96.497 pence per share and, as a result of the aforementioned sale from treasury, the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 145,335,881 Ordinary Shares and 10,573,887 Ordinary Shares held in treasury, and, accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 145,335,881.

The Previous Announcement should have been dated 2 October 2015 and stated that 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (“Ordinary Shares”) had been sold for cash from treasury at 95.37 pence per share and, as result of the aforementioned sale from treasury, the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 146,335,881 Ordinary Shares and 9,573,887 Ordinary Shares held in treasury, and, accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 146,335,881.

Issue of Equity

The board of TwentyFour Select Monthly Income Fund Limited (the "Company", "SMIF") is pleased to announce that 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (“Ordinary Shares”) were today sold for cash from treasury at 95.37 pence per share.

As a result of the sale from treasury set out above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 146,335,881 Ordinary Shares and 9,573,887 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 146,335,881.
