                    RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING                    

At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 26 February 2015, the Special
Resolution set out in the Extraordinary General Meeting Circular sent to
Shareholders dated 2 February 2015 was unanimously passed.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, the Special Resolution passed at the
Extraordinary General Meeting has been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
