Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 9 August 2013 it purchased 139,535
Ordinary Shares at a price of 99.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 56,986,737 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny
each in issue.
