Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 6 March 2014, it purchased 109,658 of the
Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 123.0 pence per share for
cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 59,711,421 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny
each in issue.
