Ordinary Shares at a price of 88.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 30,453,157 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence,
14,820,305 Series 2 Ordinary Shares and 4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
