United Utilities Group PLC announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for
the year ended 31 March 2010 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are now
available on the Company's website: www.unitedutilities.com 

United Utilities Group PLC announced its Final Results on 21 May 2010 in
accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General
Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2010 will shortly be
available for available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's document
viewing facility situated at the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North

PROPOSED RESOLUTION TO ADOPT NEW ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

At the forthcoming annual general meeting to be held on Friday 23 July 2010 at
the Midland Hotel, Peter Street, Manchester M2 3NQ, a resolution will be put to
the meeting to adopt new articles of association. The new articles of
association reflect the changes to company law and best practice, including the
full implementation of the Companies Act 2006 and the Companies (Shareholders'
Rights) Regulations 2009. The new articles of association and explanatory notes
thereof (which can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting), along
with a marked up version of the existing articles of association are available
on the company's website at www.unitedutilities.com and will shortly be
available for available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's document
viewing facility as detailed above.
