Director Appointment

The Board of Directors of VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited is pleased to announce that Mr Huw Evans has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company, effective 27 May 2016.

Mr Evans, a Chartered Accountant resident in Guernsey, is also a Director of BH Macro Limited and Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Limited, both of which are quoted on the London Stock Exchange.

There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.
