The Company was notified on 4 April 2018 that the following holding of Ordinary Shares was acquired and is beneficially held by Stephen Westwood, the Consultant to the Company:

Following this purchase, Mr Westwood now holds a total of 6,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
