                               Interim Dividend                                

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 15.0p per share (interim dividend
2010: 8.5p per share) in respect of the year ended 31 March 2011. Such dividend
will be paid on 30 June 2011 to shareholders on the register on 10 June 2011.
The associated ex-dividend date is 8 June 2011.
