NET ASSET VALUE

The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 9 January 2007 was 532.36p
(ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was 521.59p
as at the same date.
