Following the recent announcement, dated 29 April 2015 in respect of the
Compulsory Partial Redemption of Shares, the Company confirms that the current
Total Voting Rights are 85,684,658.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
