                                 Board Changes                                 

 

 

XP Power, a world leading developer and manufacturer of critical power control
components to the electronics industry, announces the following forthcoming
change to its Board of Directors (the "Board"). Mr Michael Hafferty, who has
served as a Non-Executive Director since April 2007, has informed the Board of
his intention to stand down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2012.
