                               Director's Dealing



Z GROUP plc ('the Company') has been informed today by Jon Claydon,
Non-Executive Director, that on 18 December he purchased 44,000 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 62 pence each.



Following this purchase, Mr Claydon's beneficial interest in the share capital
of the Company is 1,515,170 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.4 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital of 23,685,879 Ordinary Shares.
