The Company was notified today that as a result of transactions
on the same day Chris Potts now has an interest in 2,135,180
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
representing 8.99 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.



The notifiable interest comprises 1,690,180 Ordinary Shares
representing 7.12 per cent. of the voting rights and an interest
in a contract for difference under which a further 445,000
Ordinary Shares representing 1.87 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company may be acquired.
