The Company was notified by a letter dated 30 November 2006 that as at the close
of business on 29 November 2006 Man Financial Limited had a beneficial interest
in 659,500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing 3.34 per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
