                             Agreement with Wanadoo


ONSPEED, part of Z GROUP PLC, the marketing-led technology services company, and
Wanadoo, one of the UK's leading Internet Service Providers, today announced an
agreement providing Z GROUP's powerful Internet acceleration software ONSPEED to
Wanadoo's UK Dial-up customer base. The agreement will see Wanadoo UK offering
ONSPEED as a value added product to increase retention and customer
satisfaction.
