SALE OF ORDINARY SHARES IN TELECITY GROUP PLC ("TELECITY") COMPLETED

3i Group plc announces that certain funds managed or advised by it have sold 32.7 million shares in Telecity Group plc at a price of 345p in an accelerated bookbuilt offering to institutional investors.  The transaction was arranged by Goldman Sachs International.

Note that following the sale 3i Group plc no longer has any shareholding in Telecity Group plc.
