Baroness Hogg, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibility 
('PDMR'), acquired 2,500 Ordinary Shares of 53 1/8p in the Company at 902.92p
per share. The place of this transaction was the London Stock Exchange.

This notification relates to a transaction notified to the Company in accordance
with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R and section 324 (as extended by section 328) of the
Companies Act 1985.
