The Company announces that in accordance with the letter to holders of B shares dated 8 July 2009 (the 'Booklet'), on 10 August 2009 the Broker's Offer was completed and those B shareholders who had validly elected to participate in the Broker's Offer had their relevant B Shares purchased from them at a price of 127p per share.  As a result, on 10 August 2009 those Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') of the Company who participated in the Broker's Offer had the following changes to their interests in the issued share capital of the Company:

Directors and PDMRs of the Company notified the Company of the above changes to their interests on 10 August 2009.  The above transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Terms defined in Part 5 (Definitions) of the Booklet shall bear the same meanings in this announcement.
