On 16 February 2015, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 16 February 2015 Alan Giddins, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, exercised share options under the Group Discretionary Share Plan. He acquired 6,951 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") at 431.54p per share and 12,008 Shares at 416.34p per share. On the same day he sold 17,731 shares at 469.8p per share to cover the exercise costs and estimated tax and National Insurance.
The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
