a purchase price of £5.34 per share following a dividend re-investment. The
shares are held in Single Company PEPs administered by The Bank Of Scotland and
registered in the name of HSDL Nominees Limited A/C BOS. The Company was
notified of the Directors' interest in these shares on 31 July 2002.
