3i Infrastructure Limited ('3i Infrastructure' or 'the Company')
Co-Investment Scheme
In the Company's IPO prospectus dated 20 February 2007, it was disclosed that 3i
Group plc intended to set up a co-investment scheme whereby members of its
Infrastructure Investment Team would in future be required to purchase ordinary
shares in 3i Infrastructure in order to align their interests with the Company.
The Company has today been informed that Michael Queen, Managing Partner, Head
of Infrastructure, 3i Group plc, has consequently purchased 295,566 ordinary
shares in 3i Infrastructure at a price of 101.5 pence per share. This is in
addition to the 300,000 ordinary shares he acquired at the time of the IPO.
The Company has been informed that 3i Group plc has sold 295,566 ordinary shares
in 3i Infrastructure at a price of 101.5 pence per share.
