On 10 February 2012, 3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") was notified that on 10 February 2012 Peter Sedgwick, the Chairman of the Board (and a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities), and his wife jointly purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 122.49p per Share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
