On 3 January 2013, 3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") was notified that on 3 January 2013, Peter Sedgwick, the Chairman of the Board (and a non-executive Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities), and his wife jointly purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 122.32p per share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
