Listing Rule 15.4.11R (2) requires 3i Infrastructure Limited, as an investment
company, to publish a list of at least its ten largest investments as at each
quarter end.  As at 31 March 2007, 3i Infrastructure Limited's investment
portfolio comprised 4 investments, which were all unquoted. These are listed
