Revolving credit facility
3i Infrastructure plc (or "the Company") today has signed a three-year, £200 million revolving credit facility with a syndicate of five major banks. This facility will replace its existing facility which was due to expire in March 2011 and extends the Company's financial flexibility over the medium-term.
