4imprint Group plc (the 'Company')


The Company announces that it has, on 10 April 2006, granted nil cost options to
the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities. All grants were
made under the 4impirnt Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.

In each case, there is a Performance Target such that the Options will vest only
when the share price of the Company has reached a minimum average price of
£3.50p for thirty consecutive days.


The Company also received notification on 18 April 2006 that Mr. I Brindle, a
Non-Executive Director purchased, on 31 March 2006, 2221 shares in the Company.
