4imprint Group plc (the 'Company')
Notification of Major Interests in Shares
The Company was notified on 4 January 2008 that Abacus Trust Company Limited,
acting in its capacity as Trustee of the 4imprint Employee Share Trust
purchased, on 21 December 2007, 90,000 ordinary shares in the Company, at a
price of 201p per share and on 3 January 2008, 79,700 ordinary shares in the
Company, at a price of 213p per share, for the purpose of meeting the Trust's
obligations to award performance related share benefits to potential
beneficiaries of the Trust, including Directors and Senior Managers of the
Company. This purchase brings to 434,700 the total number of shares in the
Company held by Abacus Trust Company Limited, amounting to 1.70% of the
Company's issued share capital.
