The 600 Group PLC ("the Group", "the Company"), the machine tools and laser marking company, was informed on 14 November 2012 that Derek Zissman, Non Executive Director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares at 10.75p on 14 November 2012.

Mr. Zissman is now interested in 100,000 ordinary shares which represents approximately 0.12% of the total voting rights.
