The 600 Group PLC announces that it has been notified on 19 March 2004 pursuant
to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 by Jupiter Asset Management Limited on
behalf of Jupiter Enhanced Income Investment Trust PLC ("the Trust") that the
Trust no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the
Company.
