Result of AGM - Correction

The following amendment has been made to the 'Result of AGM' announcement released on 14 September 2011 at 14:18hrs under RNS No 2404O.

In the announcement released the date for the posting of the Groups results to shareholders was incorrectly stated. The date should have read 27 July 2011.

All other details remain unchanged.

Result of AGM

The 600 Group PLC, the diversified engineering group servicing international markets, announces that at the Group's Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

The Group's results for the 52 weeks ended 2 April 2011 were posted to shareholders on 27 July 2011 and are displayed on the Group's website, www.600group.com
