The Company notes the announcement by HDFC Life on 8 September 2018 that Mr Amitabh Chaudhry, Managing Director & CEO of HDFC Life, has tendered his resignation. 

HDFC Life has confirmed that meetings of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of HDFC Life are scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 inter-alia to note the resignation, and consider the appointment of the new Managing Director & CEO subject to the approval of the relevant shareholders and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
