Directorate Update

Further to the announcement on 1 March 2017 the Company confirms:

(1) Appointment of Mr Mark Florance

Mr Mark Florance has been appointed an independent non executive Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").  There are no disclosures required to be made for Mr Florance in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) - (6) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.

(2) Retirement of Mr Andrey Berzins

Mr Berzins has retired as a Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of today's AGM.  The Board would like to reiterate its thanks to Andrey for his considerable contribution to the Company since its launch in 2005.  Mr Charles Clarke has agreed to become Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
