A copy of the Draft Articles of Association, together with a blacklined version showing the proposed changes, will be available for inspection at the offices of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC, Bow Bells House, 1 Bread Street, London EC4M 9HH from the date of the Annual Report until the close of the AGM.
