Cancellation of subscription shares

Advance Developing Markets Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that following the final exercise date of the subscription shares on 31 October 2011, and the subsequent suspension of listing which took effect on 1 November 2011, the Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the subscription shares to be cancelled from the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 8 November 2011.
