A circular has today been posted to the holders of the Company's subscription shares in which they are reminded that they have the right, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions on which the subscription shares were issued, to exercise on 31 October 2011 all or any of the rights conferred by their subscription shares.  The circular has also been posted, for information purposes only, to the holders of the Company's ordinary shares.
