Fourth Interim Dividend for the year ended 30 September 2018

The Board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it is declaring a fourth interim dividend in respect of the year to 30 September 2018 of 1.31 pence per share on the Ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 30 September 2018.

The fourth interim dividend will be paid on 25 January 2019 to shareholders on the register on 28 December 2018. The ex-dividend date is 27 December 2018.

The last date for receipt of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 4 January 2019.

In line with best practice in corporate governance, the Board puts forward the Company's dividend policy for shareholder approval at each Annual General Meeting.
