Notice of 2017 AGM

Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc (the "Company") advises that it has posted to shareholders the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "2017 AGM Notice") and the form of proxy for use at that Annual General Meeting. The 2017 AGM Notice will be available shortly on the Company's website at www.aberdeendiversified.co.uk  

The Annual General Meeting will be held at The Drapers' Hall, Throgmorton Avenue, London EC2N 2DQ on 30 March 2017 from 10.30 a.m. (UK time).

In accordance with LR 9.6.1 and LR 9.6.3, a copy of the 2017 AGM Notice has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
