Second Interim Dividend for the year ended 30 September 2019

The Board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it is declaring a second interim dividend in respect of the year to 30 September 2019 of 1.34 pence per share on the Ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 31 March 2019.

The second interim dividend will be paid on 5 July 2019 to shareholders on the register on 14 June 2019. The ex-dividend date is 13 June 2019.

The last date for receipt of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 19 June 2019.

In line with best practice in corporate governance, the Board puts forward the Company's dividend policy for shareholder approval at each Annual General Meeting.
