DECLARATION OF QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The Board announces that a dividend of 3.40 pence per Ordinary Share will be payable to shareholders on 18 March 2016. The dividend is payable to shareholders on the register on 27 February 2016. The associated ex- dividend date is 25 February 2016.

At the current time it is the Board's intention to maintain at least the same level of dividend payments in 2016 as were paid last year and will announce and pay any dividend increase in the fourth payment of the year in December 2016.
