Cancellation of Shares held in Treasury

The Company announces that it has today cancelled 140,795 ordinary shares previously held in Treasury, with immediate effect. Following this cancellation, the Company has 700,000 ordinary shares held in Treasury.

Excluding the Treasury shares, the Company has 14,591,572 ordinary shares in issue.
