Change of Management Entity and Company Secretary

Aberdeen Latin American Income Fund Limited ("the Company") announces that Aberdeen Private Wealth Management Limited ("APWML"), the Company's Manager and Company Secretary, has merged with Aberdeen Standard Capital International Limited ("ASCIL") by way of the merger process set out in the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, leaving ASCIL as the single ongoing entity and the new contracting party to all of APWML's previous agreements. 

Following the merger, the ongoing entity, ASCIL, has become the Company's Manager and Company Secretary with effect from 30 September 2019, on identical terms to the arrangements previously in place with APWML.  ASCIL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Life Aberdeen PLC.

The investment management of the Company will continue to be delegated, from ASCIL, to Aberdeen Asset Management Limited and the changes outlined above will have no impact upon shareholders.
