Aberdeen Latin American Income Fund Limited

The Board of Aberdeen Latin American Income Fund Limited (the "Company") has today declared a third interim dividend of 1.0p per ordinary share in respect of the year to 31 August 2012 payable on 31 July 2012 to ordinary shareholders on the register at close of business on 6 July 2012.

Dividends will be payable quarterly, all in the form of interim dividends. It is the Company's aim to pay a minimum dividend of 4.25p per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 August 2012 and to grow dividends over time.
