Renewal of Loan Facility

The Company announces that it has today renewed its £35 million loan facility with the Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited, London Branch. The facility, which is unsecured, has been increased to £40 million and consists of the following:

-     An existing £5 million fixed rate loan which was drawn down in full on 11 November 2014 and fixed at an all-in rate of 2.75% to 7 October 2019;

-     a £20 million loan which was drawn in full on 14 December 2018 and fixed for five years at an all-in rate of 2.626%;

-     a three year £15 million multi-currency revolving credit facility.

Following the renewal of the facility the Company's total borrowings amount to £33.6 million, comprising the fixed rate loans of £5 million and £20 million and a Sterling equivalent of £8.6 million in Hong Kong Dollars drawn down under the multi-currency revolving credit facility.
