The Directors announce that the Final Subscription Date for the exercise of the Company's Ordinary Share Subscription Warrants ("the Warrants") will be 2 August 2010.

The last day for dealings in the Warrants for normal account settlement will be on 27 July 2010; thereafter, dealings will be for cash settlement only. Dealings in the Warrants will be suspended at 7.30 a.m. on 3 August 2010 and it is expected that the listing of the Warrants will be cancelled no later than 16 August 2010.

Terms used and not defined in this announcement will bear the meanings given in the letter to warrant-holders dated 14 June 2010.
